Delete a single user.
id
may be supplied as a path parameter, or uid
as a query parameter. One or the other is required. For example: /v2/users?uid={uid}
or /v2/users/{id}

is passed as a query parameter (the Fullstory-generated id differs from the customer-provided uid).
